01 Tool, 1095, or 1084 steel, selectively heat treated, temper line or multiple temper lines. Blade is approximately 4". Overall length is approximately 9". This particular knife has a stabilized quilted maple handle dyed blue with stainless pins and one mosaic pin. Also has file work.
This DenB has a stabilized maple burl handle dyed teal.

High Carbon Steel, 1095 or 1084 or 01 Tool Steel, temper line, selectively heat
treated, Ray Skin Wrapped, this particular knife had mother of pearl. Overall
length is approximately 9 1/8" - 9 5/8". Blade length is approximately 4
1/8" - 4 1/2".
"Amarillo Sushi II"
High Carbon Steel, 1095 or 1084 or 01 Tool Steel, temper line, selectively heat treated,
Ray Skin Wrapped, Various Stones including Turquoise, Malachite, Agate, Mother of Pearl
and some really cool ones that we don't know what they are. Overall length is
approximately 9 1/8" - 9 5/8". Blade length is approximately 4
1/2".
